I've received information that the Whitcomb was scrapped at LMC in Richmond back in the 1990s. It sticks in my mind that BART has three of the Plymouth CR-8s, but I don't have a reference. Also, Kaiser Sand & Gravel had a very similar standard-gauge CR-8 at Radum (WP location, near SP's East Pleasanton)back in the 1970s/early 80s, but I don't know what became of it.
