Thanks, I wondered about a 4 axle car being rated for that kind of a load. Not only would I question the load weight, but also the impact on the rails! I've not seen a locomotive the size of the 19 moved on anything less than a 6 axle car.
So things are at a standstill for now! Hmmmm.
