Their plan all along has been to use the BNSF trackage and to be truthful, after the AM Z train
and when the local clears there's very little regular traffic beyond Glendale. Even with the Ennis
working around El Mirage there's still usually a clear track. Only my opinion but based on the
fact that even after Grand is widened in the next couple years there still be a need for some type
of rail transit out west. Surprise was predicted to be one million plus by 2020 and that's a lot
of people going to work somewhere.
