OK, let's back up a sec. I see videos of the dedication ceremony of the Perris Metrolink Station, which took place 12-11-15. The OERM's steam loco was even there.

So do I understand that account a funding shortfall, only limited, barebones service is possible at this time?

PS. When I typed in "Metrolink", my phone suggested that I meant to type "Mussolini". Now that's funny! Maybe my phone's limited intelligence has thoughts on how to "make the trains run on time."
