Well, you bit. The buses first, then ferryboats, were started by the GG Bidge district because the bonds issued to build the bridge were about to be paid off, and the district would have to dissolve itself. So they invented an excuse to continue on, and the GGB&H district is still here with us. It's called "job security", so I don't think they're going to cut loose with their train set, toy boats, or rubber duckies anytime soon.
