In the parlance I'm used to (your mileage may vary) I would call this a "trestle" with concrete "bents". A "bridge" would be any above ground supported structure including trestles, viaducts and yes, turntables. An "abutment" is the structure at either end of a bridge that that transitions the bridge to solid ground. A "viaduct" would be a bridge supported by "towers" with multiple footings - as opposed to a "bent" which is usually a single support structure with multiple piles in a row perpendicular to the bridge deck.
