The following article concerns a young woman who was struck and killed by a CSX train when trespassing on a bridge during a film shoot. The film company had previously been denied permission to occupy the bridge but went ahead anyway. I recall reading that the director did some jail time. While I'm sympathetic to the grieving family, claiming CSX was at fault is pretty bogus. The suit claims other trains passed the area previously (so CSX knew all about it and should have warned the approaching train and sent a representative to shoo them off the bridge.) I guess we should stop all future trains whenever we see a trespasser in the area?
