I would say their primary source of income is the 2 miles of tank cars stored in Watsonville. If the line had not been washed out by the failure of the adjacent farmers drainage system they would have brought in several hundred more railcars for storage. I would imagine they could file a claim against the farmers insurance company for lost revenue.
