The gloat of advance Publicity is because starting August 9th, SB I-405 will be closed for three consecutive weekends while WADOT removes the "Wilburton Tunnel"...

Do NOT look for the high 'Wilburton Trestle' nor the I-90 steel bridge to be removed anytime soon. There is NO money appropriated for this, PLUS: "Tom Payne" and his "GNP Railway" and the "All Aboard Washington" group are eyeing commuter rail service to RENTON, once their planned Snohomish to Bellevue service comes onboard in 2009.
