To clarify Dave's statement,

Yes, the UP 849 was basically traded for WP 106, the Charles O. Sweetwood, however one of the stipulations of the deal was that the 849 be removed from the property. This was also part of a legal settlement over rent payments at the time.

The deadline for that expired a while ago and there was litigation concerning the rent issue. I won't get into the details, but the status of the engine is currently under court action.
