Best to never assume anything in these situations.
Sad part is when people die is all about the money.
Worse part is if that car is truly in litigation
he probably owes more than the family wants to know.

More challenges, everything is now taxable.
Safer to hire legal assistance now then later,
especially if Morgan left any other litigation
surprises.

Very sad situation.
I feel their pain.
