Do it right the first time?

Are you kidding? In Washington? LOL

I wonder why they did put that concrete tunnel there vs a bridge, anyone have access to WADOT people that would know?

I just hope that the WSDOT leaves enough room between the north and south lanes so a new bridge can be put over I 405 if we get lucky enough to have commuter trains on that trackage.

Bellingham, WA used to be real good for tearing up a street, repave it, and then year later tear it up again for another project for water or sewer lines. Tacoma has the same problem. When asked why can't the Tacoma departments plan together to do all the work on a street or infrastructure underneath it, they say "well, we all have different budgets and not all the projects can be done together as we don't get the money from City Council/City Manager.

Bravo
