How many of us could hear a 26 word instruction and repeat it back flawlessly from memory? Especially when tired or distracted by running a train. It takes practice and being used to repetitive instructions to get it right. This was likely a newer employee or even one that simply is not used to being talked by this location. But of course sitting at home with our scanner we are all perfect.
