If the proposed Milwaukie light rail is built, the preferred southern terminus is at Park Avenue which is the old Portland Traction "EVERGREEN" station. One scenario has it ending in the south end of Milwaukie across the P&W track from the Post Office. The second scenario has it continuing past this statiion on a bridge over Kellogg lake and turning southeasterly on the old Portland Tractiion grade along McLoughlin Blvd. for about 3/4 mile.
