One really interesting menu came up with Bent's Crackers... an "invention" of 1801 . These were pressed grain and water only... They were found once only in a store in a package in Oakland Cal in mid-30's There were very thin, toast brown and like 4 x 4 inches square in shape. Thx all for entries
