the point being, what happened to
cause rhis individual to do rhe
opposite of what he was trained to
do? brain fart? brain malfunction
caused by numerous simultaneous
distractions? how is the ntsb going
to be able to figure it out, if he
can't remember?, take a guess? do the
rr's even have tests for distractions
such as what occured? how many more
"OOPS" happen, that aren't reported
or misidentified? i can think of one
incident, where a train went through
a switch at twice the posted speed,
and if the passengers hadn't screamed
bloody murder to the press, amtrak
had already buried it, touchy subject
but us there a stress or overload
test? during training?
