As posted earlier, this Porter 0-4-0 locomotive arrived at Northwest Rail Museum (Washington) this past week from the City of Bellingham.

History of #7 according the museum blog:
Built in November 1918 by the H.K. Porter Company in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania as builder’s number 6361.
Operators:
1. US Navy (Norfolk, Virginia; Bremerton, Washington), 1918 - 1952
2. Olympic Portland Cement (Bellingham, Wash.), 1952 - 1956
3. Permanente Cement Co (Bellingham, Wash.), 1956 - 1960
