The UP steam shop in Cheyenne is deep into the #4014 restoration. A lot has been done and is in process but a lot more needs to be done before the project is complete. Some maintain that Dickens is going off the deep end with some of the work but if he can continue to sell it to the higher ups at UP then so much the better. The 2019 goal of having it running is ambitious and it will be interesting to see if they meet that goal. I'm betting they will.
