Thanks, Steve. LAMTA Jay & I were fanning the Ft. Lewis line last year on Boxing Day, and we noted survey stakes and ground paint along the tracks at the Dupont bus station / park & ride. Looked like possible platform surveying to us.
I don't think a 7 mile deadhead would be a deal - breaker, as several of the early AM South Line Sounders flip at Seattle and run basically empty back down to Tacoma for more passengers. But then again I'm just a truck driver stuck in the traffic, and not a traffic planner...
