This is hard to answer as I don't really speak for him. The airport is one that does not receive Federal Funds so it is not fenced and visitors are allowed to carefully walk around and see what is out. Be sure to park in the marked stalls outside the gate. The P-40 normally is in a hangar & out of courtesy, I try not to interrupt his work when I'm there. I have followed this project since last October & photographed its progress for him & myself.
To answer your question, if you are by there on a weekend when he is selling rides to the public in the Stearman and/or SNJ, you can ask him to see it. The eventual plan is to have it
available for rides also...the U.S. Army converted it to a two seater in WW11.
