problem with the wishful thinkng, is
that there isn't enough freight business in SC to support the RR, they can't even get the washout
repaired, and customers got tired
of late inbonds, had the cement plant
not shut down, they might have had a
chsnce, though doubtful, permanante
was on the opposite side of the
mountains, so unless SC starts selling the RR connection, the developers will eventually get ahold
of it, and do their thing, unless
they can float car storage
