What if IPH declares bankruptcy?

Iowa Pacific must have a large collection of passenger cars and locomotives (E & F units), some very valuable as heritage or museum pieces.

I don't know exactly how bankruptcy works, but if IPH went bankrupt would they be ordered by a court to liquidate all that equipment (or some such)? Could this end up as another depressing case of museums and scrappers bidding against eachother?
