Here's a question for bay folks
How "transparent" is transit information to a visitor?
I have over the years ridden BART and Muni and Caltrain
It struck me as kinda "unfriendly" A few years ago in downtown SF, the information window person was far away from the ATM / ticket machines, to which she directed me.
Is it still true that a Capitol Corridor passenger has an opportunity to change to BART at Richmond but not at the main station at Emeryville? Anyplace farther south? [and still inconvenient for transbay service]
