I couldn't figure out the Spanish bit though, I kept thinking Cerro and knew this wasn't narrow gauge, which is my major US interest. I think this makes 4 of your spots solved now, keep them coming :)

And Thanks as well to the background info provided by Nussel's, I had wondered about that, looked possibly to be a Ballast pit operation, I drove through there in the mid'90s but was chasing Uncle so no time to poke around, and no Google either.
