The really "entertaining" piece of this story is how Guitar Man claims his company can't afford to pay the $28K it owes the county. That tells me he's broke as a joke. If he can't pay that, he certainly can't make his payroll. This whole situation is really pathetic, and goes to show you the bankruptcy filing has been put off way too long. Every day IPH continues to exist is more negative worth accrued that creditors will never be able to recoup.

I really feel for the remaining employees, because they are the ones that really suffer from all this, trying to provide for families and serving at the whims of when a paycheck might show up (or not). Going to bed every night wondering if you'll still have a job tomorrow is not pleasant.
