UPRR Tunnel blocked problem near Oakridge OR

Not a lot of info in this local news article, but confirmation that there is a tunnel problem shutting down the line:

While there may be limited reroutes over BNSF's Inside Gateway line, double stacks don't fit there, so those apparently will go via Salt Lake City.
