This is on the Central California Traction Company, heading northbound to either Lodi or Sacramento. CCT often borrowed ATSF or WP (SP very rarely as the two roads weren’t necessarily on good terms, especially when it came to leasing power) diesels in dire circumstances.

The train is coming off the B Street trackage and is curving near the SP Stockton & Merced Subdivision.
