Be advised the railroad traffic control arms at Payran Street just east of Petaluma Blvd North are stuck in the down position. Drivers are encouraged to use an alternate route until the malfunction can be repaired. SMART technicians are enroute at this time. No further need to report this issue to our dispatch center.
