Nevada State Railroad Museum

I was reading an article in which the name Nevada State Railroad Museum Boulder City, Nevada appeared.
A bell went off. There a Nevada State Railroad Museum in Carson City,Nevada.
Are these two museums one in the same but located in two different areas of the state or are they separate organizations? Or why would the two separate organizations have the same name? Nice being able to have two state museums. One is tough enough to support.
Someone straighten me out please.
