Watco is scrapping the water/diesel tower at East Lewiston as well. All that valuable steel sitting around is getting turned into cash!! There was lots of traffic potential on the 2nd sub, too bad it never got out of the starting gate---was it lack of shipper support, or lack of any real desire on the part of BGCM?
