BNSF does try their best to give priority to Amtrak, and Sounder commuter trains too here in Puget Sound.. Alas, late trains get later and later, and on its' best day with on - time arrival in Seattle, the Builder only has an 6 hour turn - around in Seattle, with no extra equipment in reserve for swapping out any bad order cars.
