I second the poster who said "who cares?" Why are we talking about another forum here. Isn't RYPN moderated? If so, take your complaints there. I'm sure the dastardly attorney can be banned again.

But, if your "proof" is that this "bad actor" used the word "difficult" then you have problems. A user named "Rob Garner" used the term several posts before the one you show the image of. So, by your logic, the Rob Garder account is this bad actor as well.

Let's apply some real logic here. The only person who cares about this "bad actor" and what he is posting is John Rimmasch. Rimmasch has bellyached on other forums about his treatment, and now is again because whomever this user is, is posting public records that are embarrassing to Mr. Rimmasch and his company.

Of course, the more you draw attention to this "bad actor" by complaining and bellyaching, it likely shows the "bad actor" that he is having an effect. Probably the best thing to do would be to ignore it instead of @#$%& about it on another forum where, surprise, nobody really cares.
