Delusional, disingenuous, gainsaying, ignorant, and fixated on his bizarre theories and his deep underlying hatred of trains, using a rail fan site to troll us with his bizarre conspiracies and ranting insanity, yes, that's Mouse. But, NO, do not ban him.
The purpose of the ru trolls, which appear to also target this site quite regularly, is to shut down the open free exchange of opinions and thoughts, and as much as I think he posts mostly ignorant drivel to spread his often bizarre and delusional fixation with these awful terrible trains, banning Mouse would be a victory for those ru trolls.
I much prefer Richard Clarke's solution to the ru trolls, that we just have the CIA "fry" the computers in St. Petersburg offices of the Internet Research Bureau, As the man who warned us of 9/11 before it happened, Clarke noted that Putin would simply replace them all within 24 hours, Bur, as he said, at least we'd all feel better, that we're doing something about it.
Everyone on here is free to challenge his nonsense, too. And, no one who is a regular on here is in any way fooled or deceived by his nonsense....
So, I say, thank you David for the opportunity you give all of us, including even those with dubious motives, or delusional fixations, to have the freedom to hold free and frank discussion of things RR's and RRing. And, I thank him for doing this without the kind of "nanny state", "totalitarian", or "ideological" filters allowing only preferred brands of "political correctness" to be expressed, that have been adopted, to curb free speech, dissident opinions, and/or even the delusional rantings of nutjobs, on other sites that I could mention.
