Don't think the McCloud ever qualified as a Class 1.

There is at least one other steamer that never left its original and only owner: White Pass and Yukon 73.

The only steamers I can think of from a Class 1 that have continuously been on home rails, aside from the 844, (although the owners have changed) are the DRGW K-28s, 36s and 37s on the D&S and C&TS.
