My take on this is, first off, someone other than the SalesForce Terminal is paying for this and, secondly, concern is sinking in rather than diminishing that there is more to it than an isolated failure.

There will be great pressure to quickly find a scapegoat so if I were the steel supplier I'd lawyer up. Especially since Breed seems to want to move SF more towards, shall we way, Berkeley cultural revolution and militant grievance litigation.
