Those gosh darn California environmental rules. The state would be a so much better place in which to live if smog controls were eliminated and petroleum companies were allowed to despoil the California coast with more oil spills and if developers were allowed to build along the coast all of the way between San Francisco and Los Angeles. Who needs access to beaches, anyway.
