Rich,

If you read the entire article I think it spells out what has been added to the repair bill. The 27 million was for track and right of way repair and cleanup. The other items were and are above and beyond the price.

There still is not a hard number from anyone as to the real price. The Tillamook Board has ask again and again for that hard number but with no luck.
