The Cascade corridor is 100% PTC functional, including the Point Defiance Bypass.

Amtrak will not return to the PDB until the final NTSB report is released, and any recommendations contained in that report are fully reviewed and discussed with Sound Trainsit and WSDOT.

Spring could happen, it just depends on what the report says.
