60 trains a day, assuming an 18-hour service day (need some time for maintenance) is 3 trains an hour, total both directions. That's 40 minute headways each direction. That's competitive with SMART, perhaps, but normal light rail runs at 15 minute or less headways. It's less than the daytime and commute service on the current Santa Cruz-Watsonville trunk-line buses. I'm pretty sure that with headways like that enough time could be arranged for Roaring Camp's train to scurry over to the Boardwalk, drop its load and pick up another one, and clear the wye on the way back to Felton.
