SMART's operating losses will only increase as it tries to extend towards Cloverdale, in more sparsely populated territory with limited patronage potential as opposed to south of Larkspur.

Fortunately SMART is lucking out with the total passivity of the zombie Northbay locals who ignore the money being flushed and the accident toll.
