Looking at a couple of timetables, in a 1976 WP timetable TCS was in effect from Keddie to the east switch at Greenville. A 1986 UP timetable shows CTC (same thing, just different terminology) extended to M.P. 55.8 between Robbers Creek and Lodge Pole.
