Around Union Squars was the City of Paris ( now Neiman Marcus) I Magnins, Macys, the St Francis, then later Saks— but the train was down on the roof at the Emporium on Market. I am 81 and went there all doing my childhood and into adulthood and took our kids there as well. We also checked out the decorations in Gumps windows and Podesta and Baldocchi florists.
