Not really either a "fan" or detractor of muni's, and/or private utilities, for that matter. Some utilities seem reasonably well managed, reasonably priced, some not so well managed and/or reasonably priced. But, what does that have to do with "trains"?

As to the truth of your assertions....? Since when does the County get any cut of LA-DWP profits? And, since you claim to be a "customer", isn't it actually true that LADWP (and many muni's) has cheaper rates than Edison for most residential customers?

And, if what you're claiming isn't true, then isn't this really just another fresh and fragrant warm chocolate drop, that you've just plucked straight out of your usual orifice, to use as troll bait, on a train site....?
