Actually, Mike Dukakis may actually be hanging out in Westwood right now, since he was recruited a number of years ago to teach a planning class or two at UCLA, rather than winter in Boston.

I've met Mike a number of times, right here in the "big enchilada", and the job he did on putting the regional commute system together Boston system, salvaging and rebuilding a regional rail commute system from the wreckage of the northeast RR collapse, was a model for at least a dozen or so regional rail commuter systems we have today, across the US.
