I happened to be in Sandpoint this AM when Boyer East DS radioed to 2 Pasco-bound westbounds that he was about to hand off to the Boyer West desk. He told them about the situation and that the plan was to "slow down" trains heading that direction. We went by Hauser Yard at about 1PM and the west end was becoming a parking lot, but everything held there had arrived AFTER about 9AM. I think (because I didn't hear it at its "normal" time through Sandpoint late Sat. eve/Sun AM) that the Builder might have been running a little late anyway into Spokane. Hopefully the D-R happened on double track so that the re-opening was easier.
