Diesels parked in Colfax, WA

Passing through Colfax, WA, this morning I saw three WAMX black-and-yellows idling by the crew building on the north side of town. I didn't see any cars anywhere, and I was under the impression that nothing was running down the grade past the McGregor plant anymore (owing to the trestle fire from years back). What changed? Who, if anyone, is shipping out of Colfax nowadays?
