Trains # 506 & 507 are Eugene, OR to Seattle, WA., and Seattle to Eugene respectively. Perhaps an issue with the EwePee line in Willamette Valley ??? Train # 517 is the evening train from Vancouver,BC., to Seattle,WA. This annullment makes little sense as this train usually operates with a dedicated trainset shared with Train # 510 N/B from Seattle in the early AM.
I did see Cascades trains # 502 N/B and # 513 S/B both on time @ Sumner,WA today - Sunday Feb. 10, 2019.
