It was a presentation from RTC to update on their rail corridor and the Prop 116 requirements to have rail service in the corridor. RTC letter here:

Other letters from groups supporting RTC and the PowerPoint from RTC haven't been posted yet. Video recording should be up probably next week. They indulged Brian Peoples and let him present a PowerPoint of his own. Consensus in the room was he was off his rocker...
