Siemens SC-44 bad behaver - California

Someone coined the phrase “bad behaver” regarding locos that fail while on the road repeatidly.
Applied to P-42 & 59PHI here in California.
Caltrans cap corridor has a new Siemens SC-44 number 2107 that had failed on multiple runs. The last failure was a couple months ago and it has been out of the fleet.
Just saw it running solo.
So it must have been repaired and usually runs with another loco for proof testing.
Anyone know what was repaired/replaced to fix it?
