Sounds like a great idea to me! I think it's entirely appropriate that companys take responsibility for their actions. They hire and manage the employees, why shouldn't they be accountable for what they do?

On a related note, I refuse to do business with any company that is an LLC, i.e. Limitied Liability Corporation. If the owner isn't willing to take total responsibility for what he does, and stand behind his work 100%, then I'll take my business elsewhere.
